Artist Statement
Can a body disappear on the scene?; Become invisible?; Can the gaze have the leading role? The piece investigates the disappearance, the presence, the stillness, the statue's poses and the mobility created by the different gazes. The performers will create a space where presence and absences are continually overlapping. The spectators will similarly be actively involved in the scene, reacting to the sensations and conditions generated. Question how they look and which details are more relevant in their observation.
